    XYacht is way overpriced!! These boats are so much alike, it blows my mind that they’d have such a price difference.

    Remarkebly similar cockpit in these two 45 footers. I’d choose the xc45 for that deep keel and deep rudder. Makes all the difference offshore

    I’m thinking the same. A 45 foot cruising boat should be $200-400k in the used market, less than 10 years old. No amount of upgrades can change that.

    The budget for the xYacht is a major problem. The interiors of these two boats are nearly identical. They have different hhulls for sure. xYacht leaning more to the performance side, and Catalina more to the heavier ballasted cruising side. But that’s about preference not price. I don’t get it for the xyacht pricing.
